An evening in Lavaux

Didactic walk program in good company between campaign, vineyard and a small lakeside village. Savor Lavaux by traveling its side streets between Chardonne and St-Saphorin.

Easy stroll with some stiff portions in descent. 2 hours of hike from the tops of Chardonne. Arrived at St-Saphorin (Lavaux).

  • 35 CHF/ participant, small snack included at the end of the the walk.


  • Minimum 6 participants. (obligatory registrations)
  • Transport transfer not included.
  • 3 hours (wthout winetasting) included 1h30 of effective walking (according to the route), from 6pm to around 8.45 pm.
  • Easy walk (T1), sometimes steep rappeling, maximum difference in height or level -500m ; +80m (according to the route).
  • Distance 4,5 kms.

Meeting Point and ending

  • Meeting point at the station of the Mont Pélerin (at the top of the Funiculaire) at 6.02pm
  • From Vevey train station: Bus 202 at 5.41pm, arrival at Vevey-Funi at 5.45pm, start of the Funiculaire at 5.51pm, arrival at the Mont-Pélerin station at 6.02pm.
  • End of the activity around 8.45pm at St-Saphorin (Lavaux). Individual come back by train from St-Saphorin Village train station. Every hour there is a train at every ...16minutes to Vevey and at every ...40minutes to Lausanne.

To take with you

  • Appropriate clothes according to the meteo of the day. Wetsuits are optional.
  • backpacks for personal belongings.
  • Good shoes to walk on forest paths and steep road ( walking pole are welcomed)
  • Picnic for an outside evening dinner at the end of the visit.
